A Los Angeles–based couple preparing for retirement purchased their dream home on their favorite golf course, a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by natural landscape, elegance, and the quiet rhythm of the greens. They envisioned an inviting, Asian-inspired residence rooted in natural materials, calm, and simplicity, a home that honored its architecture while feeling modern, timeless, and deeply livable.

Studio Faverty was brought in to reimagine the kitchen, replacing a dated early-2000s remodel with a refined, thoughtfully composed space that celebrates subtle luxury and intentional detail. Integrated appliances dissolve visual noise, while signature Studio Faverty touches, including an integrated sink, hidden pot-lid drawers, and a concealed coffee/appliance garage, elevate both form and function. The result is a kitchen that feels serene, elegantly efficient, and purposefully enduring, a space thoughtfully designed to stand the test of time as the homeowners step into their next chapter.
