Studio Faverty is a boutique coastal-modern design studio and build partner bringing refined California-inspired living to Cincinnati. We believe great design elevates daily experience, helping a home feel more intuitive, more beautiful, more intentional, and more aligned with the way people actually live today. Our aesthetic blends relaxed coastal warmth, natural materials, layered textures, calm color stories, and clean modern lines for a look that feels both elevated and deeply livable.

Our work is rooted in a belief that luxury does not need to be loud to be felt. Luxury is clarity, thoughtfulness, restraint, intentional choices, honest materials, and the way light and form interact inside a space. We don’t chase trends, we design homes that will still feel timeless, grounded, and relevant ten years from now.

Studio Faverty is vertically integrated by design. We guide clients from initial concept through construction completion, protecting the integrity of the design at every step. This alignment is why our spaces feel cohesive, effortless, and beautifully executed. We are meticulous about details during layout development, material selection, and the translation of design into built reality. We steward budget with the same care we steward aesthetic decisions, thoughtful design is always strategic and never wasteful.

Who Scott Is

Studio Faverty was founded by designer Scott Faverty, whose work and design sensibility were shaped by years designing luxury homes in Carmel, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and London. Scott has also worked directly with builders specializing in ultra high-end spec homes, designing bespoke kitchens and bathrooms tailored for clients with the most sophisticated of tastes, homes that sell between $5M and $15M. That exposure to elite-level craftsmanship, precision, and elevated detail informs every project Studio Faverty touches.

Scott believes design should solve real problems, optimize daily life, and create emotional resonance, without unnecessary complication. He is known for being deeply hands-on throughout every phase: discovering how clients truly live, understanding what they value most, aligning every decision to that vision, and ensuring the final built environment reflects the original concept without compromise.

Scott personally oversees concept direction, specification development, and build execution, ensuring clean, elegant detailing, consistent design language, and a unified vision from start to finish. His favorite moment in every project is the final reveal, when a home shifts from “house” to “living environment that supports who you are becoming.”

Studio Faverty is currently accepting projects in Indian Hill, Hyde Park, and Walnut Hills with a focus on whole home renovations and kitchen/bath transformations designed to stand the test of time.
